We strongly recommen our partner „Ethiopian Airlines“. As a member of the „Star Alliance“ it is flying with modern lanes like the dreamliner from various airports in Europe and over the world.
Tip: sometimes it pays off to compare the flights. It can be the same price for additional accmodation if you are flexible with the dates!

Training packages:
Our individual assistance starts before the camp in discussing with you your personal goals, your actual level of fitness and training volume to tailor your training. Especially at high altitude everybody is reacting differently and there is a high chance that people want to train too much too fast and by doing that will do more harm than gaining benefits. That is why we will adjust your training on a daily basis! Here are some of our programs for runners and triathletes
- 2x daily runs on different routes and distances with localen Guides or by yourself
- intervalls on track
- hill training
- fartleks
- running technique analysis with video
- daily morning swim training
- bike sessions on the turbo
- functional training
- regeneration (SMR, Sauna,…)
- Bike rental (extra cost)

Cost per day (accomodation + training package):
- half board – double occupancy: $110 per day and person
- half board – single occupancy: $130 per day and room
Prices include 10% Service Charge and 15% VAT. For our customers 1 soft drink per meal is also included at no extra charge.
